Streszczenie:

Niniejszy tekst przybliża czytelnikowi modele stosowania prawa łaski przez Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Autorka w odniesieniu do sprawy Mariusza Kamińskiego i Macieja Wąsika opisuje najważniejsze kwestie dotyczące sporu o możliwość ułaskawienia osoby, która nie została skazana prawomocnym wyrokiem sądu, a także skutki działań podejmowanych przez głowę państwa w omawianej sprawie.

Abstract: 

This text introduces the reader to the models of applying the law of pardon by the President of the Republic of Poland. In relation to the case of Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik, the author describes the most important issues regarding the dispute over the possibility of pardoning a person who has not been convicted by a final court judgement, as well as the effects of the actions taken by the head of state in the case in question.
